                                                   Centennial Vineyards
Rondinella and Corvina are two Italian red grape varieties, predominantly grown in the Northern Veneto region near Venice. These grapes are famous for producing rich full-bodied wine styles known worldwide as Amarone (dry red table) and Recioto (intense sweet red). Both styles are made utilising a high level
of dried fruit in ferment to enhance flavour and enjoyment.
In addition to these two wine styles, Centennial Vineyards
also make a superb and very unique Rosé using Rondinella
and Corvina grapes.
Centennial Vineyards is one of only two growers in Australia of these unique grape varieties and the only producer of the Recioto style (RC Dolce Classico) and Reserve Rosé
(Corvina and Rondinella).
Centennial’s ‘highly acclaimed’ Reserve Rondinella Corvina was first introduced with the 2004 vintage and is now being reintroduced with the 2016 vintage.
