In the new issue of Escape Southern Highlands in Highlife magazine we chat to farmer and producer Cressida Cain of Pecora Dairy about her and husband Michael’s life work, their new retail venture in nearby Robertson and Cressida’s applaudable efforts to help other small dairies around Australia add value to their products.

We enjoy a night at Twin Falls Bush Cottages at Fitzroy Falls with Sharni and Brad McGee of Olympic and Tour de France cycling fame, and chat to our Instagram Star gallerist Tim Olsen about how he finally found his place in the world as the son of famed artist John Olsen.

As it’s the season, we also tuck into a veritable truffle feast at Southern Highlands Wines at Sutton Forest thanks to Tanya and Patrick Moroney of Robertson Truffles and chef Marco Salvestrin and vintner Eddy Rossi, who tell us a little of this local delicacy which sells for around $3000 a kilo!
